If you are thinking of making a booking, please have reasonable expectations - that is, you are booking only accommodation - not the weather (or anything else...!) - just like textile places, we do not make refunds if you cancel within 7 days (1st November to Jan 5th is 30 days) of your booking's date or change your mind due to inclement weather, if your stay is shortened, etc. (Depending on circumstances we may at our discretion issue a credit.)
Please note all booking deposits (normally 50% of tariff) are paid in advance*. Cancellations of 8 days or more notice will be refunded less 10% admin fee. Between 1st November to Jan 5 - 30 days minimum cancellation notice and will be refunded less 20% admin fee.
Checkin is normally after 2pm and checkout on your day of departure is around 10am.
We cannot accept or confirm any booking without a valid credit card or a deposit. (Same as textile accommodation.) A minimum 2 night booking normally applies to B&B / Rustic cottage or Chalet / LillyVan bookings on Long weekends / public holidays.
* Merchant recovery fees (3% AUD or 4% for OverSeas accounts) apply for transactions using Credit Cards or applepay, direct deposit is available with no additional fees.
Currently you need to ring reception (040 040 6650) to arrange a booking (Phone Hours - 9am to 6pm Australian Eastern Standard or Daylight Savings Time - no Later!). Please view the about and rules / faq pages before contacting reception.
